3.4. Monitoring of the Humoral Response in the First Weeks after Vaccination
Between the second and third weeks after the second dose of the
vaccine (6 weeks after the first dose of vaccine),
all participants had a significant decrease in anti-SARS-CoV-2
antibody titers (Figure 3).
After 4 months, the concentration of antibodies in all participants
of the study fell below the level observed before the administration of the second dose.
