Masked men, one carrying a gun, have hijacked a bus and set it on fire in Belfast,
police said, in one of several incidents unfolding across the city during Eleventh Night disorder.
It is one of multiple separate incidents taking place at the same time - the remnants of a suspected pipe bomb were found in the east of the city,
while passengers at Belfast City Airport were held inside the terminal due to "reports of a device outside" on the Sydenham bypass.
Police have also been called to missiles being thrown, tyres set on fire and other disorder as tensions in east Belfast run high.
There is no suggestion all the incidents are linked but the trouble falls
on Eleventh Night, an annual Ulster Protestant celebration when bonfires are traditionally lit.
East Belfast UVF earlier said it "intended to orchestrate serious disorder" against police officers.
The Police Service for Northern Ireland tweeted: "Police are currently in attendance after a bus was set on fire in the Westwinds Estate this evening.
