【AFP＝時事】北朝鮮の国営朝鮮中央通信（KCNA）は2日、金正恩（キム・ジョンウン、Kim Jong-Un）朝鮮労働党委員長が、韓国の首都ソウル（Soul）を標的とした大規模な砲撃演習を陣頭指揮したと伝えた。
この数時間前、国連安全保障理事会（UN Security Council）は北朝鮮に対する新たな制裁決議を採択している。また、韓国も北の核開発プログラムに対する独自の制裁を準備していた。
演習では、南北軍事境界線付近の5つの島をはじめとする韓国の軍事拠点に加え、ソウルやその他の都市の「反動的支配機関」を標的にしたという。
KCNAは、金氏が前線の砲撃部隊の演習を指揮し、「戦闘が始まれば南朝鮮軍にこのような致命的な打撃を与え、最初から抵抗の意志を完膚なきまでにたたきつぶし、やつらを一掃する」「誰一人として、何一つとして生き延びることはできない」などと述べたと伝えた。
